HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP/DELIVER?
On average, our items ship within a business week and are usually delivered in under three weeks (worldwide), however, due to the multiple stages of customs in most countries, some deliveries may get delayed and take as long as six weeks.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your purchase is shipped out, you will be emailed the tracking number of your local delivery company. Please note that until your purchase has made it to your country, it is normal for the tracking to state "Delivery Partner awaiting package".
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Most of our products are non-returnable however if you are not happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to reach out to us so we can find a solution that suits you best.
